Menubutton background color...

10 Feb 2010, 06:16

Hi,

How can I change the menubutton (gallery menu) background color...or can I ?

I have a faint feeling that I changed it white (as it is now) but now when I ´d like to change it to black...no matter how I search I can ´t seem to find a way.

This is how it looks now ---> http://www.vesakalervoekholm.fi (valikko = gallery menu)

By the way...awesome software ! Thanks 8)
Best regards,

WAHHHHHHHHHHHHH, I sneak a look at your photos !!!!! AWESOME !!!!!! If you take these ??? then congratulations, you excellent photographer, you need to display them in a top gallery so that the public can enjoy such wonderful work...

Admin -> Themes -> (your current theme ) -> Edit .. then scroll down to "Menu" select "Menuback" and custom colour.......
This link will take you to a very good colour picker site, allows you to get the hex code for any colour you want... http://www.boallen.com/hex-color-code-generator.html

Hope this helps you ??

Thanks for your kind words

I ´m just a amateur photographer but yes...all the photos are taken by me.
The image folders aren ´t ready yet but I ´m working on them...slowly :)

I apologize for there ´s no english version of my webpages...so there might may be a little language barrier for a non finnish visitor. I wanted to make both finnish and english versions but haven ´t found a proper way yet...

I ´m open for any suggestions !

Or maybe I make just english version since it ´s obviously more universal language than finnish.

But what about the "gallery menu" tab...anyone ?

You are very welcome.... I actually have two galleries, one English and one Chinese, it means duplicating the gallery and having a link on both to link to the other language.. it works very well for my Chinese and my English families and friends... once both galleries are on the server, it's a very easy job to update each one. Your gallery posed no problem for me to navigate... ha haaa, I don't know ONE letter of Finnish, but I just went to every menu item and had a quick look... I am very impressed now that you say you took the photos, I liked them ENORmously, and I think a lot of people will too, well done my friend, beautiful.....

Yes that is one option...but takes double the server space and I ´m trying to keep the costs minimal.
