that's normal because it doesn't exist...
But why is it reffering to that file? My default language is English...

Why do you have
http://www.dirkbeckers.be/imagevue/language ??? language is set from the admin control panel, looks like you just need to leave the "language/" off, or the browser looks for htm, html, xml, php or something else it can open... I put
http://www.dirkbeckers.be/imagevue/ into my browser and went straight to your admin login !!!

Actually checked frontend of your site, it set to html display, and it doesn't try to load anything like you mentioned. Could you please be more specific?
