Page titles and hide "imagename".jpg

a) How to change the page titles: "Imagevue Gallery - Picture 1"
I'd like to replace Imagevue Gallery
b) In gallery it shows exact image name: "Sunset.jpg", "Lighthouse.jpg"
How to remove that bar? I Only wanna keep the image description.
