I read the 'before posting' rules and i have some concerns...
1. If I upgrade the gallery with the latest version, will it override my directories?
My issues are below:
Our gallery located here http://www.mogulpictures.com/gallery/ has abruptly stop working.
Our current hosting company had a serious crash prior to the gallery not working and when they resumed our servers we noticed the galleries were not accessible. However we have not made any uploads in quite sometime...

Well, I can see several files are missing. You simply need to update/re-upload the imagevue files and it should work.
You can upgrade with the current version you are using, or you can get the latest version. In either case, you are keeping your content with all images, but overwriting all program- and script files.
