We have set up a new Imagevue chat room for imagevue users. The chat room is only available for people using gtalk(gmail) or jabber, because it uses your existing instant messenger so you don't need to keep browser windows open or use external chat applications.

Simply add the following contact to your IM contact list:
imagevue@jaconda.im

Or drop to our web-chat at:
http://imagevue.jaconda.im/r/imagevue

The "contact" above acts as a chat room for multiple users - Nick and myself will be available in this chat room, but please don't rely on this for support questions (use the forums instead). This channel is currently experimental, and we are not fully sure how it will be used, except to real-time communication between imagevue users of course!

The chat is made possible through Jaconda, which is a new service for creating chat rooms directly in your instant messenger and beyond:

ya know...i added that address to my contacts, but have never seen it live within google.

Are you using gtalk with @gmail email or some custom domain name?
If with gmail then it should work (try to re-add it again).

If you use gtalk with your own domain then it won't work unfortunately :/
