Hi,

I'm using ImageVueX2 with great joy

Good work guys

I have a question about the sendlink option...

On my website www.photastic.be, when you open the sendlink form,
you have the fields :
- Name
- Email
- Friends Email
- Message

Isn't it possible to add Friends Name there also?
In the sendlink.html file, there seems to be a parameter to use in the email called "receiverName" but it isn't filled in off course because it's not available on the send form itself...

Am I missing something?

Thats a valid question of course ... For most of the new items we add to Imagevue, we try to keep things minimal as to suit the interface in general. The message does not really need "Name" of receiver, because usually the already know their own names ... Besides, what about if the person sending the link doesnt know the name of the receiver? I certainly send a few links to email addresses where I dont know the Name of the receiver ...

I think in general, we are just trying to keep things simple.

no problem then

I thought I was missing something because the sendlink template refers to a "receivername" variable

no worries then, I won't be using/needing it
