Is it possible to put *.flv movie on background instead of *.swf file?

Yes, but you would have to process it into a SWF file because an FLV file does not display as a video unless it is loaded into an actual flv PLAYER.

# Open Flash. Import the FLV into the Flash, and you may have to select some settings. Export as SWF, and set this file as background.

Yup, i'am already figured out by convert flv into swf.
btw, adobe flash cs4 has build-in flash/video converter or not?

video-converter, I dont know ... It does of course import FLV though.
