Browser/Flash Player Detection Page

Hello! I've searched high and low and have finally surrendered to the forum... 
... How do you modify/edit the "Oops!" page? For example, if you attempt to view www.photo.gallery/soda on the iPhone, you get the "Oops!" page (Get Flash Player... View HTML gallery... Gallery software by: ... etc. etc.)... I saw the "similar" (but not exact) wording in the index_example and embedDemo html pages but, again, it's not the exact wording I'm seeing on the iPhone browser... Where do I modify that message? Thanks much!
