What is the best way to update a gallery to Imagevue 2.15 version?

Best way is to just upload all files except the "contentfolder", effectively overwriting all program files with the new ones. Even your custom configs will be kept in tact because they are stored in your imagevue/config/ folder. More info here:

Only if you have edited the CSS files, you may want to make backups of these.
