Hi, I have few pictures loaded. Earlier thumbnails were created, however, after some action. Those thumbnails are shown as "JPG" file-logo. They appear same through admin and also through gallery.

However, when clicked, normal picture appears as a blown up picture. Thumbnails had worked earlier. Not sure why not now.

Did you already create the thumbnails in admin?
(on the right hand site in admin)

Probably folder is unwritable, do you see any red markings on diag page?
If not - images are just too big to be processed with your current memory limit, then you have to either increase php memory limit or pre-size them to some reasonable size before uploading.
