Hello everyone,
I have modified the original background.jpg of the FireStarter therme to better fit my site but now I need help adjusting the special effect within the FLA file to suit the new jpg.

Here is the modified background

I suppose I would need to open the fla in Flash and add a 2nd layer of code to match coordinates ? Could someone help me out with this ? It would be really appreciated.

Just one thing I was wondering ... What happens when someone on a different screen resolution sees your background? Remember, not everyone use the same display resolution as you. The reason the original background is created to align from only bottom right corner, is because it will still look correct on all screen resolutions.

As for adding more FX - Yes, you would have to open the FLA source file. Not quite sure what you want to add though - It took a long time to make those effects like that. It would require some skilled Flasher to duplicate that FX in another location on the screen with different width/height area, and different direction on the effect.
