Imagevue 16.1 Upgrade to 17?

Is this a free upgrade? If not, how much does the upgrade cost?
It doesn't appear the slideshow ability exists in 16.1.

When buy Imagevue, you will receive an username and password. With that you can login to the download section of this site, and download the updates. The updates are free.
