Thumbnails not created and images not appearing in folder?

13 Aug 2009, 11:09

Hi,
I've run into some trouble.
I've added images to one of my sub folders, and run the thumbnail generation process...
But my images still doesn't appear in the folder on the web?

Any ideas?
I'm running Filezilla ftp for upload / Firefox browser...

As to what version of Imagevue I'm running, I have no idea atm...I recently had a hd failure....Where in the user interface can I find the version ? (If needed for troubleshooting, that is...)

I couldn't quite catch, are thumbnails being created or not? Do you see them in admin? Maybe clearing browser cache would resolve everything?

Have a link to your gallery?

Hehe, I entered the topic wrong, the thumbnails are created. But they don't appear in gallery, thus the large images do not either.

I checked, and the folder was set to 775 - like the other folders, which work perfectly.
Files are 644....

Gallery is located at http://anders.anker-rasch.no/gallery

The folder in question is Sports -> Mountainbiking
The other folders work just fine, and I can't remember doing anything particularly different from the others when creating it...

Try clicking Clear Cache in Imagevue Admin. If this won't help -- PM me your Imagevue Login and Pass with a link to this thread.

hmm, I admit that is strange. Can you try to create a new folder, and upload the mountain bike folder to the new folder?

I think I answered this already somewhere, you have some old-old version, maybe one of the betas even, you need to update it and your issues might be resolved.
