Obviously there is something fishy with folderdata.xml in question. You can try opening it in firefox and see what exactly is wrong.

/content/Services/005_FAQ/folderdata.xml

I believe it's caused by some filename with national characters which corrupts xml.

So to resolve it, delete folderdata.xml and rename the file which looks suspicious. I could say more if you'd supply a link to your gallery.
