Hi
Is there a way to control the padding of text that is wrapped around an image?

You mean for images textfields? Unfortunately the options here are a little limited simply because of Flash ´textfield capacities. You could look here and check the links to macromedia/Adobe:

Perhaps someone else has some tip here?

I am not really sure, its just normal text that wraps around an image, and the padding of the wrapping is uneven, there seems to be more space at the bottom then at the side between the image and text, I'll pm you the website link.

Whoops problem solved, I stupidly forgot to add the HTML <img> vspace Attribute, to control the vertical spacing.
