I can change the height of the Main Menu button, but I would like to change the height of the drop-down folder buttons too, so they match the Main Menu button height.

I am able to change the width of the entire menu, but I can only change the height of the Main Menu button. Can I change the height of the folder buttons, too?

Anyone know how to do this?

You mean the height of the general main menu buttons? You can do that in the theme settings. Go to admin -> themes -> edit your theme -> menu.mainmenu.menuitem.vertical_textmargin

This sets the margin above and below the text and effectively sets the height of the image buttons. Setting it to 0 will create buttons at the exact height of the text they contain.
