I just downloaded imagevue_x2.1.2_20090601 and after uploading on server I got errors that those two files are missing:

/content/folderdata.xml

/imagevue/config/users.php

They are not missing, they cannot be created, you need to chmod content/ and imagevue/config/ dir so they become writable by php.
