Hi, I would like to modify some issues of the admin panel, specifically, I want to disable some fields. I mean, I dont want other users with access to the admin control panel can change some issues. What modifications I have to do and what files I need to modify to disable some fields? I don't want to hide them, just disable them.

Well, you would have to edit the files in the admin/templates/ section. I certainly can ´t recommend this, so you will have to proceed at your own risk.
