To fellow users... Let's do better at being a good user...

This is a request to fellow users (I have no other affiliation with this team).

We REALLY could use some improvement in being more orderly.

Please try to make your "Subject" mean something. A little bit of thought before posting would help so much. Let me give an example. I am not picking on whomever this may resemble. The problem is fairly pervasive.

Forum: Bugs & Errors in X2
Topic 1: Bug in 2.1.1
Topic 2: Another bug in 2.1.1
Topic 3: I need help with bug in 2.1.1

 Yikes!

Forum: Bugs & Errors in X2
Topic 1: Missing button after 2.1.1 upgrade
Topic 2: Text editor issue after 2.1.1 upgrade
Topic 3: Klingon language problem after 2.1.1 upgrade

Now I can follow this and keep track of what's happening.

Lastly, and this is just my thinking. It is always better to be nice, polite, etc., even if the other party seems to be a bit upset. Escalating the "virtual heat" in the discussion is rarely productive.

Thanks, from myself I'd like to say, that despite some delays in releases and occasional bugs here and there, we carry a passion for our product and always trying to do the best of us.

Just sometimes it's bit hard to answer forum, support emails, private messages and bugfix and develop at the same time, please be more patient when you can.

Know that we're acting in good will.

Thanks for advice!

We are soon launching new forums, with phpBB3 forum (more options!), and I will be re-categorizing the forums. With this newer edition, you can create global FAQ posts, and "Read this before you post" for example ... Cheers anyway!
