And second question, how to disable buttons in big image (Open in new window, Download image, Zoom in Zoom out ...)

Not really. That is an entirely different custom gallery layout. You can set the theme to use same/similar colors and fonts.

Go to admin -> settings -> image.imagebuttons.enabled - Set to FALSE
