When my thumbnails are loaded they never seem to be centered on the stage, but always too low. Right and left are fine.

I have tried to reset the "thumbnails margin" in the settings, but they dont seem to do anything. I have looked everywhere else.

Any way to adjust this?

The thumbnails are centered ... That can be verified by resizing your browser downwards, and you will see they center. Your logo isn't 100% centered it seems, if you are using that as reference point ...
