Thumbnails rows issue, they go missing!

Hi,
When the website is not in full screen mode, in the thumbnails page I get less thumbnails than the total of what's there. In other words each page (on the default margins settings) should display 5 thumbnails x 3 rows (in full screen), but if it's not full screen it gives 2 rows only in each page.... That will be fine if I can get all the thumbnails in the coming pages but that doesn't happen, the missing row doesn't get displayed in the following page, instead it gets missing.
So unless I reduce the vertical margin from 100 to 50, I get missing thumbnails in each page, a margin of 50 will give me 5 rows of thumbnails in full screen which is too much!
Any idea why such issue happen?
