Upload Doesn't Work

Good morning everyone,
I am experiencing the strangest issue right now. The other night I was uploading new photos into ImageVue v2. After uploading images to an existing folder without problems, I created a new folder successfully. Although when I tried to upload the images to this new folder my "Upload" button no longer appeared. I tried both the Yahoo and Flash based upload and received the same results. In addition, I tried this from two different workstations.
As of right now I cannot upload images - any help would be greatly appreciated.

Update: I just tested this in Firefox (I don't know why I didn't do this earlier) and it works. It has to be something silly with IE. I'm going to continue to investigate...

I'm using IE7... It's very strange that it worked and then 3 minutes late it stopped...

Any update on this? While I can use Firefox perfectly (or FTP for that manner), my main user (the boss, my wife) insists on using IE. I have no problem helping resolve the problem if you let me know where I should start.

Actually this is something new, it has issue in HTML uploader in IE8, but everything else works fine, are you sure you didnt install some flash blocker or something?

Positive. The odd thing is that I've tried this on three different IE7 installations - 2 on XP Professional and 1 on 2003 Server. I verified that Flash is working properly by going to Adobe's site (for the header file), although the upload feature still doesn't work or appear for that matter. Strange.

Try downloading latest 2.1.1 release and see if it works. Also a link to your site would be nice to check.

2.1.1 is downloaded and installed, although no difference. I PMed you information about a week ago. Did you get it? I'll be glad to resend if you'd like.

That's some strange IE behaviour, people report that refreshing page helps and upload appears again, not sure yet what causing it.

I just realized that WP 2.7.1 is using the same Flash uploader (I believe) and it's has been working perfectly.
I should say that they are not using the "exact" same uploader - different versions are being used:
V2: 2.2.0 Beta 5 2008-01-29
WP: 2.2.0 Beta 2
It also appears that some rewriting was performed within, although I didn't take the time to determine which one.
