Is there a way to have one of the menu tree's expand load of website?

Not sure what you mean.
You want to have an entire menu subsection display links? Sure, why not? Just choose [use as "link"] for your menuitems you wanna use as links.

let me rephrase, you know how the the folder have subfolders in the menu. i want it to expand/show the subfolders upon load of the website. but to just one folder.
