Guess Karl will help you with that, unfortunately I'm not that keen with configs. What bothers me though is why some letters are wrong on this picture? Do you have a link to your site?

That margin is for the thumbnailscroller at bottom of screen. You wouldn't want the main menu to overlap that would you?
