Not sure about persian, but french here:

Imagevue is shipped with some languages and you can create your own translation too.

You will have to edit your theme CSS stylesheet. Go to admin -> themes -> edit your theme -> edit theme stylesheet. More info here:

Changing the French and Persian Gallery menu list has changed.

Persian language is a problem with Mozilla. Persian shows the reverse.
But Chrome and Internet Explorer no problem.

What do you mean to change the gallery menu list? You want to change the language of the gallery? You can have dual languages by adding your own buttons, and this is documented here:

Unfortunately, this is a problem with the flash plugin and browsers, and we may not be able to fix this properly for current Imagevue X2. It will work with Imagevue X3 though ...
