Here some things i think could be usefull :

- horizontal menu options (center, margin top)
bottom position ex : http://www.chanel.com/fashion/1#1
- customing preloader and big arrows
- wyswig editor in admin
- delete imagevue references for commercial versions
- embedding fonts for menu (and change color font on hover)
- mask effect for transition : http://www.gabrielevinci.com/08/fabio_lana/
- shopping cart option size color

Atleast some of them are addresed already.
