Guys, its been ages since I last did any work with Imagevue and subsequently I lost all my settings due to some issue on my server hosting, anyway - there was a link available somewhere which someone sent me once which explained - in IDIOT INSTRUCTIONS, how do I add a CONTACT FORM to my site. can you send me that link again please.
