admin erros

I keep on getting the following error when I try and save my progress when editing in the admin area for my site.. It just says 403 Forbidden no permission.. BUT I practically have everything set to 777 file permissions.. its very frustrating as it's been almost 2 weeks since I bought the site and this is how far I have come in 2 weeks.. http://www.ericuys.com/NewGalleryX2/?p=gallery
Also I'm having problems uploading files, I get the same 403 error on about 50% of the files. IE some will upload and some won't. Also.. when I try to move photos from one folder to the other, it will move some files but on certain files it will do nothing or give me the 403 Error.. everything is so random and SO FRUSTRATING. Its an awesome site and concept I just wish it could work for me...
