I must be doing something wrong.

Every time I try to recreate my thumbnails to a new config setup, I see them regenerate correctly, then I clear cache - and when I return to the gallery, the OLD configuration pops back and overwrites the thumbnails.

I've tried with all of my galleries, and the same thing happens. I can't get the new config adjusted thumbnail design to stay.

Any clues or suggestions?

Well, I see no problem from here... Looks like you have nice 150x150 square thumbnails for your galleries. Make sure you CLEAR CACHE also in browser! This is NOT the same as the clear cache button in the Imagevue admin. It might be loading thumbnails cached by your browser ...
