Is your external form compatible with Flash player 8 and AS2.0? It needs to be compatible with the flash you are loading it into (imagevue)

Also, what paths are you using for the call to the script that handles the request? It must be relative to the container document.

what do you meen with "the script must be relative to the container document"?

I put the swf file, asp file and the access database on the filemod folder.

I will send you a PM with the link...
and I can send you the .fla and the .asp to check the script...

thanks karl

I believe the ASP must be relative to the DOCUMENTROOT, which is the index of your gallery ... the same location as index.php ...

I have similar issue when replacing filemod photoblinds with starlayer.swf from Imagevue v1. Somehow start photo disappeared in the background layer when starlayer starts to "fly". Is there a solution for this? Also where can I download custom Stars! SWF file for the theme? I search the site but must missed somewhere.

Sorry, not quite sure what you mean ... Perhaps you have a link?

The stars SWF file can be downloaded here:

Thank you for the link to stars background swf file. Now I have to figure it out how to implemented into the background using theme setting or imageplayer layer.

I just changed my start photo with starlayer.swf as filemod as you requested. I will leave it up for few hours for you to review.

version 2 (with starlayer.swf as filemod)
version 1 (with starlayer.swf as foreground)
my old stars swf file

Hope this explains it... :D

Well, I am not quite sure what you are trying to do. I see it works nice in Imagevue V1 as you have set the stars as a LAYER on your startpage. In Imagevue X2, you have set the stars as a standalone filemod ... Since this is a dynamic script, it does not have any initial width/height, so the frame will simply think its empty and display minimally. What were you expecting? That the stars would display nicely within the frame on a white background?

As you can see, it works better for the background ...

Mmm... I was trying to setup just like version 1 with stars flying across the background photo. I will use it as my background instead to avoid complexity. :P Where can I set it up as my background? In the settings or in theme? I can't seem to find it. :?: Thanks and really appreciate your generosity helping the others like me. :D
