I need to have the menu NOT starting from 0, 0 but lower in order not to cover the logo on my page (http://www.marcogiardini.com)
in the admin panel i can move it on the horizontal axes but NOT on the vertical one.
What can i modify to have it lower?

I think you already fixed it by setting "vertical_margin" in the theme config ...
