How can I turn off the image title that is displayed as a popup above the thumbnails both in the grid of thumbnails and the thumbnail strip that appears when below the display of the large images?

Also, I have a filemod for my startpage that displays a random image. But I can get rid of the display of that title?

I resolved this after figuring out that the popups behind the thumbnails were controlled by the tooltip setting.
