Hi i've just purchased your excellent gallery, all seems to be working after the first time i run the frontend gallery after the installation, but now, after i change language and template, the gallery doesn't load. The loading circle keeps rotating but the gallery doesn't appear, i've reinstalled the imagevue dir and it happens the same. What could be wrong? i ran the diagnostics and it says my server isn't able to show exif data (not required by me) and safe_mode is enabled. I've tried on ie and firefox without success, please help! my work-in-progress gallery: http://www.arquespalacio.com.ar/portfolio/
Thanks in advance

Yes, the problem seems to be related with the uploaded themes not included in the imagevue package, what could be wrong? i've tried to chmod the dirs and files to 777 without any change. I follow the instructions provided here:
https://www.photo.gallery/support/templates/ but no change

Sorry, must be missed your post previously. Just checked your gallery, everything seems to be fine now, is it?

Not exactly, it works now since i choose firestarter as the theme, but when i try to use a template not included in the original package, nothing in the frontend works.

Sorry, the "templates" from https://www.photo.gallery/support/templates/ are meant for Imagevue V1. Imagevue X2 uses "themes" ...

Of course, it is our fault for not making this clear.

Is there anyway to use the Carbon template as a theme then?
It looks/navigates completely differently from the rest of the themes available in x2 and would be very nice to use!

It looks/navigates completely differently from the rest of the themes available in Imagevue X2, because it is NOT imagevue X2! ... It is Imagevue V1 ... Imagevue V1 can be downloaded from the downloads section www.photo.gallery/downloads and it includes the "carbon" template.
