Hello Karl,

Autohide in X2 (first final version) doesn't work when config/menu/mainmenu/submenu_style is set to 'horizontal' and auotohide is enabled.

Can you help, correct ?

When it works, will the autohide menu looks like the autohide sitemenu in your IV V1.7 version ?

Unfortunately, the main menu horizontal-mode is simply a "quick fix" for those who require a horizontal menu. It has several limitations - Please read this post:

You will have to "live" with these issues, until we perhaps create a full independent horizontal menu module.
