Hello,

I use imagevue, the flash contact form directly called from a flash file included in an html page. Most of the times, the contact form is working well. But for some visitors, when the imagevue is called the loading is ok and after you can see the rotating stars but the contact form never happens.

On the same computer that has the problem, I can use another link, in the same flash that call the main page gallery. And this works. It seems the problem is only with the call with a specific page or the form contact page.

Any solutions for this bug is if it's one ?

And choose "Contact Us". As said, most of the times, It works well but I have a few feedback as described in the message of saturday.

I tried it here, and it worked 100% clicking back and forth. It has to be said though, the gallery wasn't created to be loaded and used only as a contact-page, so it's no ideal for that.

What is your code for loading the gallery contact page?

Probably just server timeout or something.
Maybe good idea is to show send button again if responce is not received in lets say 30 secs?

Sorry to come back with this but I always have the problem. On some computers, something like 10%, I have the same problem to load the contact form.

I don't know if there is a link with the problem or not but in developping my web site, I saw I need to put an "allowScriptAccess" value="always parameters to let the parent swf to call the imagevue in the browser.. Without this, it was not functionnal. Well, I think this is solve now.

But, today, I see a problem of loading again on MY computer. I can load the imagevue contact form with the french file, but not with the english one. But the only difference is the text...

The question is: Do you think it could have another details like "allowScriptAccess" I ignore that makes a problem of loading ?

Because I always have the problem of loading on both version from 10% of customers and now a loading problem on the english version on MY computer...

I checked with the hosting team, but no problem with this, it seems...

It seems the problems appears on some upload of the swf files... I tried to upload the same files, and the problem seems disapear on some computer...

I'll come back with some informations if I get interesting things for you.
