Can't disable thumbnailscroller's tooltip anymore

I used to do it in previous version but it seems it isn't possible anymore ...
Precision : I want tooltip for thumbnails but not for thumbnailscroller.
ps : I hesitated to post it in this forum or in "bugs and errors" ... feel free to move if necessary

Not sure how you did it previously ... To minimize configuration items, we simply have tooltip.enabled on/off which sets tooltip to display for thumbnails, in standard layout, or in thumbnailscroller.
