Disapointed...

Ok, heres why I am disapointed...

Bought the private license of the script earlier today in hope of getting my account info within an hour or maximum 2...

Now I have been waiting for over 4 hours. With no reply if I will get the account info even though I have been asking for it numerous times. I have only recieved a message from imagevuex that the account info has been sended even though there is no such message in my message folder or junk folder of my email account... The only thing I got is the receipt message from 2CO with the payment info.

Why I am writing in the forum about this is because I get no longer answers when sending emails to imagevuex. So I am hoping to get answers here in the forum. Otherwize theres nothing for me to do , other than feeling scammed...

I am shocked.... :shock:

I can say with confidence that you have not been scammed. I know that they have had server problems recently, maybe that is the cause?
I think your best bet is to send a Pm to karl.
It will all work out in the end :wink:

Not sure you can expect that fast response on a Sunday. We were most likely sleeping while your questions came in.

Ok, Karl I see. Then I am sorry. I had no idea you were sleeping while I asked the questions and as I didn't know I got afraid that it could be something else... Then I am sorry for being so afraid and everything...

By the way I appreciate also your reply Carter, Thanks.

Also... You can delete this thread if you want. As everything thing is fixed.

Might as well keep the topic so other people can see and perhaps understand what's going on in the world of Imagevue.

Just for the record - Our order system was not working properly at the date of your order. That's why we had to handle orders manually.
