How can i "Hide" this "Link, URL" im my Picture gallery?

That is the folder path to the current folder. It currently reflects physical folder names, but in the next release, it will reflect folder TITLES.

You can nevertheless disable it by going to admin -> config -> thumbnails.thumbnails.text - remove the "breadcrumbs" setting.
