disappearing folders??

hello there...
i was setting up the gallery with 4 subfolders inside the contents folder...
in the admin module i can see my 4 folders...when i go to the website i can see the gallery menu button but inside it there are 3 folders...
where is my 4th?

Sounds like the "4th" folder may have been set to "hidden", perhaps accidentally. Go to admin, and select this folder ... In the panel on the right, see if there is an option "unhide this folder".

If that's not the problem, perhaps you can provide a link to your gallery?

nope... i ve looked that setting and no its not hidden...it says "hide this folder".all the permissions are set to 777 ,and i dont know what else i can do.

please Karl check your pm's

found it !!!!!!!!
i had an "o" letter in greek in one picture name inside of one sub-folder

lol the "o" looks just the same in all languages but it is sooo different in use

when i corrected it , the 4th came up !!!

P. S Karl the pm still stands .it doesn't matter that i found the solution!!!

I had this problem too, it seemed like any more than 4 folders and I would get a menu drop-down that was only a stack of "Undefined". Made me crazy.

Turned out that one of the folders used a Spanish "Tilde" that worked before, but was now screwing up all folder data. Removing the Tilde solved the problem.

I was still able to use the Tilde in the "Title" part of the admin/content page.

The software is pretty nice....
