The gallery above has weird thumbnail sizes. All my other galleries have nice square thumbnails.
Did I mess up a settings. How do I get the Prague gallery to have thumbnails like the rest of my galleries.
THanks

The only difference between the prague folder and the other folders, is that they have symmetric square thumbnails, while the other folders have wide rectangular thumbnails.
It seems you have changed thumbnails to 120x120 px - You must have created the thumbnails for most of your folders with the default 120x90, but changed it later to 120x120 and applied it to the Prague folder. If you want to change it back to 120x90, simply go to admin -> config and set "90" in thumbnails.thumbnail.boxheight. Then go to the Prague folder, and click "recreate thumbnails in this folder" ... Click "Clear Cache", clear your browser cache, and thumbnails should be created like in the other galleries.

Ok, I did what you said and the thumbnails are still incorrectly sized.
Does it have something to do with the size/crop to box options?

From here your thumbnails now look fine, and like all the other thumbnails. Did you Clear the cache of your browser(else it might load the old ones still from cache).
Perhaps someone else can confirm this?

hmm, they are still sized weird. Does the Heinz picture on the first page appear more narrow than the others?

I think you are still having problems with cache somehow. The Heinz thumbnails looks exactly like the other thumbnails in that folder, which are 120x90.
What do you see here:

On that picture you can only see my head. Is there an option to not crop the full size picture so much?

There are several options for creating thumbnails, but they are global. You can set it so that thumbnails are not cropped at all, but then they may be at different size which doesn't look as nice when laying out the thumbnails.
See overview here over thumbnail creation method:

You could of course create any thumbnail manually. For example, the image "photo.jpg", should have a thumbnails "tn_photo.jpg".
