From the admin panel,

CONFIG ---> settings

I see the parameter "useCache" defined twice.
Is it a simple duplication or the parameters have different meaning ?

Heh, thanks for noticing, we accidently duplicated it, fixed now, will be included in next release.

But anyway! It is not recommended to run without cache, it puts increased load on server.
