I think it would be nice to include in a future, an entry in RSS feeds. This could be very useful for people coming regularly visit the photo gallery

Why not add a welcome textpage ? You could write in this textpage what are the latest created albums

Welcome textpage you can add right now, but gathering a list of all images from all folders is not as simple as it might sound.
