In the Admin page> Config
click on english language> change the text of "mainmenu:" from "Gallery Menu" to "Menu" or whatever you want.
Save it and nothing will change

We have done the same thing for all languages, so I am not sure why it is not working for you. For instance:
www.photo.gallery/soda/?language=french
