Unfortunately, this issue still exists in last release 20081120 (in Flash frontend only).

To be honest, I am not sure what the problem is. We have received the language files from helpful users who have provided their translation.

You could always do your own translation easily.

Thanks mjau-mjau for your reply

The issue is not with the translation, it is with the text direction. As you know Arabic language is starting from right to left. For example if the Sentences is" click here to open image" it will be displayed in Flash frontend as "image open to here click", and if the folder desription is " My photo" it will be displayed as "photo My" (in arabic language) such as demo site in arabic language

https://www.photo.gallery/soda/?language=arabic

It seems need add some thing in the flash to make the direction RTL.

don't you just write the text right to left in the language/translation file?

I did mjau-mjau...

See the following two screenshots:

here where we can edit the language/translation file, it shows everything is OK:

But, when you go to flash frontend you will see this:

the word which suppose to be the first became the last word and so on..

Again this issue is related to flash frontend and it doesn't exist with html frontend.

Thanks for your support.

hmm, that's weird ... I am not processing the text in any way after its loaded into flash. Maybe it's something to do with flash detection of the language and it turns it automatically?

To be honest, I am not 100% sure how Arabic works. I tried to edit the text just to do some tests, and the cursor seems to be jumping. When I tried to type before the text, it adds after the text ... and vice versa.

Absolutely right, I know plenty of sites using the flash with Arabic text without any problem. Can you please tell me which file that receive the text from the language file and display it in flash end so I can look into it? Or you may refer me to a web site that helps me in such flash design issues.

This is because your operating system doesn't support right to left language. For me I don't have such a case since my windows system supporting language in both directions.

looking for your support

You would require the FLASH source file to change anything - Give me your email and I will forward it to you. Other than that, it is difficult for us to provide support on the source files.
