Don’t receive pass after pay. Why?

I pay for private license two times, but don't receive any order ID or passwords. I send massages to www.photo.gallery from contact form, but dont have reply….
Anybody have this problem?
I have mailbox on RU-zone (@mail.ru), but mail from 2co.com about purchase I receive….
