It is very hard to use Scrollbar in thumbnailscroller (when i am holding the scrollbar by left mouse button it is often happening that i accidently move the mouse coursor out of the browser window)...
moving mouse up and down (changing mouse y position) should be disabled when i am holding the scrollbar...

Hmmm, but you can click on scrollbar and move mouse higher without releasing button, I think.
