SWF upload button

09 Nov 2008, 12:23

When I click on the SWF Upload button to upload a file nothing at all happens. It is as if the button is inactive. I have to switch to 'html upload' to upload OK. :?
What could be causing this?
I should add that I get this behaviour in Firefox3 and Opera browsers.
The button is showing a file size limit of 20Mb.

:!: I think I might have found the answer to this...
Both my browsers are using Flash 10 and there appears to be a related bug.
Could someone confirm this and also how long before this might be resolved.

You are right - It is a bug related to the new Flash player 10 - We hope to have a fix for this available very soon!

Unfortunately Flash Player 10 introduced many new issues, we're working towards resolving them. And we're not alone, http://swfupload.org/ guys trying to fix it too.

Hi,

Am I reading it right on the SWFUpload site? Looks like they have a fix for the v10 bug.
Thanks,
