Yet another quetion, but is it possible to disable the
image download options from the contextual menu
( i would just want to have the zoom options if possible,
but remove the 'open in popup', 'save image' etc options)

It can be very easy, comes in the Admin login
1) www. name site /imagevue
2) config menu
3) expand all
4) / Maincontroll:folder
select what items you display in the main control ("ctrl" key click)
5) / Rightclick: folder
select what items you display in the rightclick ("ctrl" key click)
6)/Image:folder
/click::
sets the event vhen mouse clicking corrent image
/Siftclick:sets the event vhen mouse clicking corrent image

7)/Imagebuttons folder
Buttons: select wich buttons to be used when hovering over the image

8)Text folder /txt1 /text 2 /text3
/Style: sets the display style of the description node
/items: decide what description item to display in the description node

9)Thumbnails folder
/thumbnail
/click: sets the event vhen clicking a thumbnail
/shiftclick :sets the event vhen shift-clicking a thumbnail

true, but for the right-click context menu, it's not that much - Simply goto your admin -> config -> controls.rightclick.controls - Simply remove the items in that list that you don't want!
