I'd like to have a slideshow embedded in my html homepage that just rotates a half dozen or so images with no controls.

In addition, I'm using the full gallery on another page in my site.

It looks like in V1 there was a seperate "slideshow" and "gallery" component, but in V2 there is just one "imagevue.swf"

Is that correct?

If so, is it possible to do what I'm trying to do with V2?

Good question!

It is very much in the cards that this is supposed to be possible without having to upload two separate physical instances of the gallery. However, currently you are restricted to a single config file, and can therefore not have 2 "different" gallery styles.

We will integrate the possibility to have multiple config files in a later release. This will allow you to create a config for the slideshow, and of course point it to a folder where it should grab images.
